Nails by Shakiyra — Booking & Service Policies Thank you for choosing Nails by Shakiyra. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the licensed nail technician’s time, quality of service, and scheduling. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies below. I accept tap-to-pay debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, or exact cash as payment for the services. Please have an approved payment method ready at checkout. Please note: A 3.5% platform processing fee will be added to each card transaction. Nails by Shakiyra — Nail Art Tier System Policy There are three nail art tiers to choose from. All services include gel polish only. Each tier includes the one(s) before it. Not sure which tier to pick? Choose what best fits your design and bring your inspiration photo to your appointment. If needed, Tier adjustments can be made at your appointment. Tier adjustments are based on time availability of the nail technician. There will be a consultation at the beginning of each service so that the nail technician and the client is on the same page with design and pricing. See below for full tier details. Tier 1: Solid color Dots, lines, hearts, stars Aura or Ombre 1 accent nail per hand Tier 2: Minimal Nail Art French Tips Hand-Drawn flames, flowers, etc. Animal print Chrome or glitter 2–3 accent nails per hand Tier 3: Detailed Nail Art Rhinestones or charms 3D designs Marble or Ombré with Acrylic Encapsulated designs I welcome clients with existing sets from other nail technicians. My pricing is set to reflect the additional time and care sometimes needed when working over previous work, so I can properly accommodate each client and maintain service quality. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Clients without an appointment may experience a wait time or may be referred to this booking website to book online if the schedule is full. To maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during appointments. Only the client receiving the service may be present. Booking ahead is strongly recommended to guarantee service and preferred time. Please book the correct service and tier level to allow proper timing. Tier level determines time allocated for the appointment and the price of the service. Last-minute art changes may be declined if time does not allow. If you would like removal of acrylics applied by another service provider, there is a removal service available to book. If a removal service is needed, in addition to the service you want performed, they must be booked together. This ensures proper time and care for your nails. If not booked together, there is no guarantee that both services can be completed within the time allocated for your appointment. Appointments may be canceled at any time after booking through the website. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time — and no-shows — will be subject to the 50% service charge listed in the Cancellation & No-Show Fee Policy. No-shows may be banned from future bookings. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period may be treated as a cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-Shows may be banned from future bookings.
